Longshore Lake Real Estate

Longshore Lake was originally developed in the early 1990s by Longo Construction. The community offers a 24 hour manned gate. There are over 500 Naples homes and there are no condos keeping the density quite low.

One of the most notable features of this North Naples community is the ability to have docks in your backyard. Owners are entitled to keep non–gas powered boats. though it appears to be many individual lakes, Longshore Lake has just one large body of water. Many residents enjoyed paddle boating and kayaking.

There is a restaurant on site which is unusual in that the community has no golf. Here, residents and outsiders can have catered events.

Longshore Lake is also known for its tennis. There is a tennis pro on-site that will match players with others of the same ability. In all, there are nine har-tru tennis courts.
